Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed Mondays – Fridays (excluding Thailand public holidays), pending stock availability and payment. All deliveries will be made within the next 3 business days after we have received your order.

A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your order has been shipped. To follow up your order, please use the tracking ID sent to your email. Once your order is shipped, we shall not be responsible or held liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery, and/or if the shipment is lost or damage during its way to the destination.

International Orders (outside Thailand)
International orders are shipped via Aramex for fast and reliable service. Total delivery time varies depends on the country and address. It takes normally 5 – 15 days.

Possible Delays
When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

Import Duties & Taxes
International deliveries may incur additional customs and taxes charged by the country the items are entering into. These costs are not covered under the shipping fee you paid Jira Bag. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for these additional charges in order to receive their shipment.

Refused Shipments
If you refuse a shipment from Jira Bag, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Jira Bag. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
